1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between xbaj ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "the player") who registers an account or uses the services available at xbaj.one. These Terms apply to all aspects of the xbaj platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and gameplay.

xbaj is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers fish shooting games, live casino tables, slots, bingo, and other gaming products. All services are provided subject to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and xbaj.

These Terms should be read alongside the xbaj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility

To register and use xbaj, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an xbaj employee or contractor.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

xbaj reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you meet the age requirement, your account will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation. We take underage gambling seriously and will report any confirmed cases to the relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of xbaj services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active xbaj account. If we detect that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — all associated accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. This applies regardless of whether the duplicate accounts were used to claim bonuses.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. xbaj will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

xbaj reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") checks at any point. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits

xbaj accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported deposit methods. Deposits made through unsupported channels will not be credited and may not be recoverable. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits are credited to your xbaj account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. If we identify a deposit from a third-party account, the deposit will be reversed and the funds returned to the source account. Any winnings generated from such a deposit may be forfeited.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at xbaj are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You can withdraw to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, provided the account is registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed the same day, with most completing within two hours of the request being submitted.

Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and is in place to protect both you and the platform. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and confirmation of your payment account ownership.

xbaj does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods may take slightly longer to process, but we aim to complete all requests within the same business day.

Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding wagering requirement from an active bonus. You must complete the wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be approved. If you wish to forfeit a bonus in order to withdraw, contact support and we will remove the bonus from your account — note that any winnings generated from that bonus will also be removed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

xbaj offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including a 200% welcome bonus on your first deposit, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and game-specific events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses at xbaj carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — unused bonuses expire after the stated period.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or placing bets that hedge across outcomes to guarantee a profit regardless of result — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for closure.

• Welcome bonus: 200% on first deposit, subject to wagering requirements stated in the promotion.
• Cashback bonuses: Applied to net losses over the qualifying period. Cannot be combined with other active bonuses.
• Reload bonuses: Available on selected deposits. Terms vary by promotion.
• Game-specific bonuses: Apply only to the stated game or game category.

xbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while you have an active bonus, the bonus will remain valid until its original expiry date unless there is evidence of abuse.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the xbaj platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, real dealers operating under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are not influenced by xbaj or any third party. The results produced by the RNG or live dealer are final.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — xbaj will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the fault. If the round cannot be resolved, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. xbaj's decision in such cases is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface. xbaj reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who consistently place bets at or near the maximum limit may be subject to additional review.

xbaj does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at any time. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider updates, or technical issues. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xbaj platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting xbaj support.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward xbaj staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

xbaj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team for assistance. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. xbaj takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

10 Privacy & Data

xbaj collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the platform. All third-party providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbaj platform — including but not limited to the xbaj name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the property of xbaj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any xbaj content without our prior written permission.

Game content is provided under licence from third-party game providers. All rights in game content remain with the respective providers. xbaj does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

12 Limitation of Liability

xbaj provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to service that are outside our reasonable control.

xbaj is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical error, loss of data, or loss of access to your account. Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Account Termination

You may close your xbaj account at any time by contacting support. If your account has a positive balance at the time of closure, we will process a withdrawal of the remaining balance to your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

xbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, if we have reason to believe fraudulent activity has occurred, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory obligation. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, balances may be forfeited.

Following account closure, xbaj will retain your personal data for the period required by our legal and regulatory obligations. You will not be able to register a new account if your previous account was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

14 Changes to Terms

xbaj reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of xbaj after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.
